01 / BUILD

Start with the gear. Build the case around it.

Import per-department Cases and Items Excel templates, stage the data, review and correct it, then explicitly commit it. Quantities, serials, dimensions, unit weights, values, origins and departments stay attached to the item record.

RoadCase rolls up contents weight and declared value. The operator enters the verified gross weight, then prints a production-branded QR label for the case.

Keep the pack moving.

Use a phone camera, a compatible Bluetooth HID reader, or manual entry. Every method feeds the same movement record, so the crew can use the capture method that fits the job.

Once the manifest is cached, movements can be recorded locally when service drops and synced when the connection returns.

Camera and scanner availability depends on the device, browser and reader.

Produce production-branded labels, draft and loaded manifests, dock and customs contents sheets, truck signs, session QR codes, Truck Pack crew sheets, and configurable Items, Cases and Trucks CSV exports.

For the freight agent, export a Rockit Cargo XLSX workbook with one tab per carnet grouping, using the plan or loaded reality.

RoadCase prepares the freight data. The freight agent handles the official ATA Carnet.
