01Is this pricing final?

No. This is proposed beta pricing. Your package, modules and allowances are confirmed in an agreed quote before anything is billed.

02How do we start or add a module?

Email support@roadcase.tools. There is no online checkout. Packages and modules are set up directly with your company.

03Do the modules work without Core?

No. Truck Pack and International Docs both require RoadCase Core.

04Does adding a module add storage?

No. Core includes 20 GB of company storage and Complete Suite includes 50 GB. Adding a module to Core does not change its storage.

05What does annual billing save?

Exactly 10% against twelve monthly payments, on packages, separately added modules and extra planners alike. Annual plans are paid upfront.

06Does RoadCase issue carnets?

No. International Docs prepares the carnet and freight documents your carnet provider or freight agent needs. They issue the carnet itself.

07Does Complete Suite include future modules?

No. Complete Suite includes RoadCase Core, Truck Pack and International Docs. Any future module will have its own release status and price, and you choose whether to add it.

08Can we pay in another currency?

This pricebook is in Australian dollars. Other currencies are available by quote.

09Are taxes included?

No. All prices exclude applicable GST, VAT or sales tax.
