Subprocessors.
The third-party providers that process customer data to run RoadCase. We use no others. We will update this page before adding a provider and notify beta customers by email.

Notes
- Sign-in codes are generated by our authentication provider and delivered by Mailgun.
- If you turn on notifications, your browser vendor’s push service (for example Google, Apple, or Mozilla) carries them. That service is chosen by your browser, not by us, and is not listed above.
- We do not use advertising, analytics, or data enrichment providers.
- Each listed provider offers standard contractual data protection terms. We do not enroll crew in the European Union or the United Kingdom until a signed data processing agreement is in place with the customer company.
- Backup practice, including the daily seven-day database backups and the weekly backups of uploaded files that are being put in place, is described in the retention schedule.
